Dorothy Louise Willis, 95

Dorothy Louise Willis, 95, of Sedalia, passed away, Monday, October 29, 2012 at Fairview Nursing Home, Sedalia.  She was born on July 1, 1917, in Jefferson City, MO, a daughter of Kelly and Grace (Callaway) Turner.

Mrs. Willis graduated from Smith-Cotton High School, class of 1934. She worked for  C.W. Flower, O’Conner Chevrolet and Bothwell Hospital, retiring in 1987. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Sedalia, joining in 1934.

Her son Michael B. Stephenson preceded her in death as well as her parents and a brother, Kelly Eugene Turner.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law Roberta C. Stephenson of Raytown; two grandchildren, Christopher Stephenson and his wife Laura of Lee’s Summit and Patrick Stephenson of Independence; and three great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Crown Hill Cemetery, with Rev. Marlin Brown officiating.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Stephenson, Patrick Stephenson, Tim Foster, Richard Simons, Randy Simons and Sterling Howard.
