Evelyn Ann Dennis, 94, of Sedalia, died Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Warsaw Health and Rehab Center.

She was born October 28, 1921, in Sedalia, daughter of William Dee and Mae Bremer Rymer.

Evelyn worked at Lamy’s and Rival. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Rebekah Lodge and Jolly Elders. She also delivered Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed puzzles, listening to music and watching the St. Louis Cardinals.

Surviving are a son, Bill Dennis (Karan), of Lincoln; a daughter, Joyce Gamber (Dave), of Colorado; five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and a sister, Hazel Winrod.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, David and Kenny (in infancy); a grandson, Wesley Gamber; her twin sister, Kate England; and two brothers, Bill and Glenn Rymer.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Duane Duchesne officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Benton County Hospice, in care of Heckart Funeral Home.
