A benefit for Benton Arias is being held at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 31015 Wingate Road on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. to raise money to purchase a therapy dog for him. Arias suffers from a seizure disorder.
Activities at the fall-festival-style event include a taco dinner with drink and dessert, a silent auction, a bounce house, children's games, the Bent Knee Cowboy Church Band, and family photos.
Cost is $5 each. Children four and under are free.
To get to Bethlehem, take Highway 65 south five miles and turn left on Anderson School Road. Go one mile and the church will be on the right.
