Free Physical Night for Sedalia School District Students will be held from 6-8 pm May 21 at Smith-Cotton Junior High School. This is for students who will be in grades 7-12 next year and plan on participating in MSHSAA Activities. Students and their parents must have already completed pages 1, 3, and 4 on the attached document prior to arrival in order to be seen by a doctor, who will complete page 2. This includes all signatures and insurance information. Please note that individual insurance is required for participation in all MSHSAA activities.
