On March 2nd, at 6:30 pm, the Healthy U - Couch to 5K Kick-Off will be held.
Everyone is invited to join us as we embark on a journey to become more physically fit. Programs vary from beginner to advanced and include a 10K option!
The Kick-Off event will be held at the Celebration Center, First Methodist Church, located at, 1701 West. 32nd Street, in Sedalia.
