The Katy Depot will once again host 'First Friday' programs in 2018.
The dates for the programs are:
April 6: Dr. Jeffrey Smith portraying George Caitlin, an early 19th Century American artist.
May 4: Raymond Starzmann portraying Franklin D. Roosevelt.
June 1: Ragtime theme - TBD
August 3: Dianne Moran portraying Calamity Jane.
September 7: Dr. Larry Brown speaking on the towns along the Katy Railroad.
October 5: Kathleen Boswell presenting "Yours Sincerely," which is described as a 1st person portrayal of Laura Ingalls Wilder.
Reservations are required for 'First Friday' programs. Admission is $5.00. Refreshments will be served at 5:30 p.m., with the program beginning at 6:00 p.m.
