The Pettis County Historical Society is sponsoring the 5th Annual Sedalia Rails Train and Toy Show on November 4.

The event and a model train swap-meet will take place at Liberty Park Convention Hall between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

The show will feature operating model railroads in various scales, along with the opportunity to purchase model trains, railroad collectables, toys, books, and antiques from dealers and individuals.

The show will also feature a huge model of a carnival, built by Roger Estell, of Warrenton, MO.

The Liberty Park Flyer 15-inch gauge outdoor train will also be in operation, by the Sunrise Optimist Club, with free rides (weather permitting).

Door prizes will be awarded throughout the day. Food and refreshments will be available, as well.

Admission is $5.00 for adults and free for children age 12 years and younger.

Table rentals are $15.00, but rentals must be completed by October 25.
