FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — The streets of Ferguson were peaceful for another night as protests and tensions have been subsiding in the city where a white police officer shot and killed an unarmed black 18-year-old. About 100 people gathered yesterday evening, walking in laps near the spot where Michael Brown was shot on August 9th. Governor Jay Nixon yesterday ordered the Missouri National Guard to begin withdrawing.
