HERMANN, Mo. (AP) — Recent heavy rains have pushed the Missouri River above flood stage at several locations in Missouri. Information from the National Weather Service indicates minor flooding Wednesday in the Kansas City area, Boonville, Hermann and Washington. No significant damage was reported, though some agricultural land was flooded.

Highway 23 between Knob Noster and Concordia is closed due to flooding from the Blackwater River.
