Frank I Klingler, 94

Frank I. Klingler, 94, of Sedalia, died August 25, 2013. He was born May 21, 1919 in Inwood, NY, the son of Joseph and Catharine (Murray) Klingler.

Frank graduated from high school and enlisted in the U.S. Army during WWII. He fought in 5 major campaigns and received 5 Bronze Stars. He also received a battlefield commission of Second Lieutenant during his active duty.

Frank is survived by his step-son and 2 step-daughters. He was preceded in death by his wife Hazel .

Graveside services will be at 11:00AM, Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Higginsville Veterans Cemetery. Full Military Honors will be presented by the Pettis County VFW Post 2591.
