UNION, Mo. (AP) — Police are investigating after they say a Franklin County homeowner killed someone who he said broke into his home, four months after killing another intruder. Authorities say the homeowner told officers that Eric Frazer broke into his home Tuesday using an ax and threatened him. Frazer left in the homeowner's vehicle and was later found in the car in a ditch. Sheriff Gary Toelke says the homeowner shot and killed an intruder in February.
