Free Developmental Screenings to be Offered at Childhood Co-op

Sedalia 200 says free developmental screenings will take place September 5 - 6.

The Parents As Teachers program will offer the screenings for children age 3 months to 5 years old at the Pettis County Early Childhood Cooperative, located at 2255 S. Ingram Ave.

A press release from Sedalia 200 says the screenings are by appointment only and eligible children must be residents of Pettis County and not yet in kindergarten.

The areas to be screened include speech, vision, hearing, language, readiness and motor skills. There also is a health questionnaire.
