The Bethel Assembly Church, at 1201 North William Parkhurst Drive, will have a free family festival this Saturday afternoon (October 24) from 1-4. The weather should be great to bring the kids out for some amazing food from kettle corn to hot dogs and more. There will be games and you can get a chance to see Sedalia’s emergency vehicles up close and personal.

The weather is bound to start to change and you’ll want to get the kids out for the fun outdoors one more time. If you recall our Kidabaloo, you’ll have a blast with the bounce houses and more.  I’m told Pastor Chris Gray is wanting to joust with me, so I hope you come check that out.

The trick to getting to Bethel Assembly Church is that you can see it from North 65 Highway, but you’ll want to go North on 65 to Duke Drive and then make a left onto Henry Street, where Sierra Bullets is located at and then go up William Parkhurst Drive.

You can also go North on Grand Avenue to William Parkhurst Drive if you're coming from the east side of Sedalia.

There is plenty of parking. With the temperatures expected to be around 66, it should be a fun time.

We hope to see you there!
