The Sacred Heart Gremlins blasted past the Green Ridge Tigers, 68-33, Thursday night to move on to play the Lincoln Cardinals in the 2017 Kaysinger Conference Basketball championship boys game, scheduled for 8 p.m. Saturday night.

The Cardinals defeated the Cole Camp Bluebirds, 69-63, earlier in the evening to play for the title on Saturday. Expect a sea of red-and-white-clad fans to fill the stands at the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center for that game.

The Bluebirds will play for third place vs Green Ridge at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on the SFCC campus.

And in the 4:30 game, the Smithton Tigers defeated the Otterville Eagles, 80-57, to face Windsor for fifth place Saturday at 5 p.m. in the 10-team tournament, sponsored by W-K Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac.

The Greyhounds beat the Bulldogs, 59-55, Thursday night.
