We've experienced some pretty hot temperatures so far this summer and even higher heat indices. Is Mother Nature going to give us a reprieve?

We had an unexpected bonus with rainfall Wednesday night and during the day on Thursday. I think most of us were just waiting for the hammer to fall after the much needed precipitaton. That's right...back to the heat and the humidity, but we've hit the bonus button with the forecast for the next seven days. (Remember, we still have the whole month of August ahead of us!)

A pretty nice weekend is in store, especially for the end of July – partly cloudy with highs in the lower 80's and lows in the lower 60's (which is below normal). In fact, the current forecast calls for high temps staying below 90° for the next week! As for rain, our next chance is in the Wednesday/Thursday time frame next week.
