James Russell Dugger, 69, of Sedalia passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.  He was born on July 29, 1945 in Atlantic City, NJ to Charlotte (Dugger) Hornberger and James Rufus Dugger.

He was married to Janice (DiZinno) Dugger, who survives of the home.

He is also survived by a son, James Robert Dugger of Napa, CA; a grandson, Henry James Dugger; a daughter-in-law, Lisa Dugger.

James entered the US Army in 1974 and was disabled retired after 17 ½ years of service.  Jim was a Supply Officer and was stationed around the world during his career.  He then entered Bible College at Jacksonville Theological Seminary where he graduated with his degree in Religious Education.  Wherever he lived he assisted pastors and also taught Bible study.  Jim loved the Lord, his family and friends always with a cheerful heart and a great joke.

A military committal will be held at Higginsville MO Veterans Cemetery on with Pastor Gary Smith officiating.
