Jan Robb, 67, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, January 7, 2014, at her home.

She was born June 4, 1946, in Sedalia, a daughter of the late John and Aileen (Snyder) Erickson. On March 6, 1965, in Sedalia, she was married to Tom Robb, who survives of the home.

Jan was raised and educated in Sedalia. She was a 1964 graduate of Smith Cotton High School. Jan worked as an administrative assistant for Inter-State Studio and later at the Center for Human Services. She was a member of First Christian Church. She enjoyed fishing, boating, camping and baking.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Devin Robb (Rachel), of Sedalia; two daughters, Casey Klein (Kevin), of Springfield, MO, and Dana Russell (Michael), of Cedar Rapids, IA; a sister, Christie Curry (Tim), of Sedalia; and seven grandchildren, China Klein, Chandler Klein, Zach Russell, Peyton Robb, Hunter Robb, Selah Robb and Maelin Robb.

A reception celebrating Jan’s life will be held from 6 pm -9 pm, Friday, January 10, 2014, at Inter-State Studio, 3500 Snyder Avenue, Sedalia.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
