Janice Kay Fethke, 68

 
Janice Kay Fethke, 68, of Sedalia, was called home Monday, October 20, 2014 at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Sedalia. She was born on July 2, 1946, a daughter of the late Max Gerald Joseph and Lorraine (Dedrick) Raines.

On October 19, 1968 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Sedalia, she was united in marriage to Gilbert Paul Fethke, who preceded her in death on November 21, 2011.

Jan was a 1964 graduate of Sacred Heart High School and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a Respiratory Therapist at Bothwell Regional Health Center before retiring in 2000. She enjoyed crocheting, visiting with friends and family and scrapbooking.

Jan is survived by three daughters, Angie Pettig and her husband Craig of O'Fallon, Mary Rathmann and her husband Mike of Sedalia, and Sandy Smith and her husband Eddie of Sedalia; seven grandchildren, Makenzie, Maddy, Ryan, Logan, Marissa, Miley and Wesley; one sister, Carol Hall (Len) of Sedalia, and extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by a brother, G. Wesley Raines.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 pm on Sunday October 26 at Heckart Family Center. Memorial contributions are suggested to a
charity of the donor's choice  .
