Jeanette Carol Moellman, 71, of Cole Camp, died Friday, April 19, 2013, at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center, Sedalia.  She was born on February 20, 1942, at Fort Scott, Kansas, a daughter of George Cyrus and LaVerne Elizabeth (Pearson) White.   Growing up, she worked on the family farm near Stark, Kansas.  While attending high school, she played volleyball and basketball and graduated from Joint Rural High School in 1960.  Later that year, she rode the train to Kansas City and went to work for General Automotive in the inventory control department.   On March 27, 1966, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cole Camp, she was united in marriage to Clarence "Bud" Moellman, who preceded her in death on November 24, 2000.  This union was blessed with the gift of three children:  Tony, Kim, and Greg.   After her marriage, she moved to Cole Camp and was a babysitter for many local kids.  In the 1980's, she worked at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Cole Camp and for Gates in Versailles.  She then went to work for Interstate Studios in Sedalia until retiring in October of 2000.   She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cole Camp and enjoyed fluffing flowers for the church's fair float.  She loved dancing and shopping and was always around to help people in the community.  Carol also enjoyed baking and sitting in her rocking chair with a glass of tea.   She is survived by: one daughter, Kim Herman and her husband Roy of Columbia; two sons, Tony Moellman and his partner James Trefz of Kansas City and Greg Moellman and his wife Sarah of Lee's Summit; two sisters, Joyce and her husband Dean of Cameron and Grace Pugh of Pittsburg, KS; one brother, Ed White and his wife Linda of Cameron: and three grandchildren,  Mara Herman, Royce Herman, and Chase Moellman.   Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, George and LaVerne White.   Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Cole Camp, with  Pastor Sandy Schlesselman officiating.  Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, rural Cole Camp.   A prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2013, at the Fox Funeral Home in Cole Camp, with visitation to follow beginning at 7:00 p.m.   The family suggests memorial contributions be given to the National Alzheimer's Society or the National MS Society in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.  Pallbearers will be Mike Moellman, Brad White, Jeff White, Eric White, Bobby Pugh, and Rusty Johnson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Orlyn Eckhoff and Frank Kreisel.
