Jennifer Lin Tracy, 33, of Windsor, Missouri, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16th, 2015 at the Windsor Assembly of God Church.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2015.
