Judith Ann Gunnerson, 73, of rural Lincoln, died Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at Boone Hospital Center, Columbia.  She was born on July 19, 1940, at St. Louis, Missouri, where she attended Incarnate Word Academy.

In January of 1958, she was married to Joseph Fred Seelhoefer.  This union was blessed with the gift of two children, Jody and Jeff.  She attended nursing school in St. Louis and graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse.  They moved to La Jolla, CA, and she worked at La Jolla Convalescent Center.

On November 18, 1969, in Coronado, California, she was united in marriage to Guy Michael Gunnerson, who survives of the home.

In November of 1979, Judith retired from nursing and she and Guy moved to Sedalia.  They moved to the lake area in 1986 and to their current home west of Lincoln in December of 2007. She was a member of Poplar Baptist Church, Warsaw.  She loved camping and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by: one daughter, Jody Boyer and her husband Tracy of Lincoln; one son, Jeff Seelhoefer of Jefferson City; two sisters, Marilyn Carlock of the State of Pennsylvania and Christine Cuneo and her husband Dan of St. Louis; four grandchildren, Holly Boyer, Kenny Boyer and his wife Juana, Mindy Turner and her husband Kenny, and Bradley Boyer; six great-grandchildren, Jasmin, Savanah, Atlanta, Alex, Tracy, and Christopher; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Mary (Verde) Renodin.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2013, at Poplar Baptist Church, Warsaw, with Pastor Van Mellen officiating.  Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, rural Lincoln.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Monday at the church.

The family suggests memorial contributions be given to Poplar Baptist Church in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Boyer, Bradley Boyer, Tracy Boyer, Kenny Turner, Chris Blake, and Dalton Boyer.
