Julie Ann Harper, 63, of rural Lincoln, died Tuesday February 24, 2015, at her home.  She was born on July 9, 1951, at Chillicothe, a daughter of Vernon and Lanora (Pauley) Hines.

She grew up in the Chillicothe area and was baptized at Ludlow, Missouri. On June 23, 1989, she was united in marriage to Paul Jean Harper in Chillicothe.

Julie enjoyed playing Bingo, fishing going to casinos, camping, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by:
her husband, Paul Jean Harper of the home;
three sons, Richard Boley and Becky of Branson, Ronnie Hines and Shawna of Knob Noster, and Tyler Harper of the home;
one daughter, Diana Harbert and Wayne of Hale;
one step-daughter, Heaven Phillip of Midway, Georgia;
one step-son, Paul Harper Jr of Mercer;
two sisters, Janice Bowling and William of Lincoln and Edith Davis of Chillicothe;
three brothers, Melvin Hines and Cathy of Chillicothe, Lester Hines of Avalon, and Ronnie Pauley;
sixteen grandchildren, Anthony, Alicia, and Bret Boley, Emily, Craig, and Christopher Harbert, Michael, Tiffany, and Devan Hines, Anna Hines, Tessah and Nathaniel Jones, Kaylin and Kayson Harper, Elizabeth Wright, and Aaron Baily;
five step-grandchildren, Izzy and Kayton Phillips, and Kenden, Domineq, and Bryson Harper; and
four great-grandchildren, Zayler Harbert, Raegan McCumber, and Matthew and Mailee Boley.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents that raised her, Dorothy and Lee Hines, her mother and father Lanora (Pauley) Hines and Vernon Hines, a son, William Clayton (Tweety) Hines, and a very good friend, Gary Wayne Goff.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at Fox Funeral Home in Cole Camp. Burial will be in Union-Williams Cemetery, rural Cole Camp.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
