June E. Edwards, 81, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at her home.

She was born July 26, 1932, in Cabool, MO, a daughter of the late Glen and Vivian H. (Johnson) Haddock.

June was a founder of Edwards Fiberglass, Inc., which was established in 1977. She was active in the business until her retirement in 2007. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Kelly Jay Altis, and his wife, Char, Shaun Edwards and Shane Edwards, and his wife,  Jennifer, all of Sedalia; six grandchildren, Jana Jo Hanlon, Jeremy Altis, Kady Jay Altis, Kali Edwards, Corin Edwards and Max Edwards; and three great-grandchildren, Chase and Clare Hanlon and Jeremy John Altis, Jr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Kerry Jon Altis and Denny Jo Altis; one brother and one sister.

Funeral service will be noon on Friday, February 14, 2014, at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Corbett Martin officiating. Pallbearers will be Andy West, Mike Hanlon, Jeremy Altis, Joe Guerrero, Richard Vasquez and Jacob Weeks. Burial will follow in Highland Sacred Gardens.

Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Thursday at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
