Kansas City Homicide Victim Found Inside Vehicle

Authorities have identified a homicide victim who was found inside a vehicle in Kansas City.

Police said in a news release that officers discovered 33-year-old Earl Watson, of Kansas City, slumped over the wheel while responding to a report of shots fired. Fire crews responded and declared him dead.

Authorities are seeking information from the public.
