Kansas City Man Convicted Of Rape

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — A 29-year-old Kansas City man has been convicted of raping a 70-year-old woman in her home. Jackson County jurors yesterday found Jason Berry guilty of rape, sexual abuse and burglary. Berry is being held without bond while awaiting sentencing on May 21st.
