KSA Bombers Win World Series of America

The Sedalia Bombers may be doing well in the MINK League, but around the time Head Coach Jud Kindle formed this team, he also created the Kindle Sports Academy. The Kindle Sports Academy offers young kids the chance to learn the fundamentals of hitting and pitching, all year round.

One of the teams that is a part of the Kindle Sports Academy is the 10 and under Kindle Sports Academy Bombers. They participated in the 2014 World Series of America Tournament, that was played at Legacy Park in Lee's Summit, July 8 through July 13.

The KSA Bombers played two games on Wednesday, July 9 and beat the Arkansas Express 10-0 and then later the SN Sport Thunderbolts 10-0.

The KSA Bombers beat Sandlot 13-4 on Thursday, July 10.

The KSA Bombers beat SN sport thunderbolts 13-5 on Friday, July 11.

The KSA Bombers beat Arkansas Express 10-3 on Saturday, July 12.

The KSA Bombers won the World Series of America Championship Tournament on Sunday, July 13, 11-2.

The KSA Bombers did so well in this tournament that their 33 runs in the first three games, beat the combined runs of the Arkansas Express, Sandlot and SN Sport Thunderbolts in their games, with all three combining for 24 runs.
