The country lineup for this summer's Missouri State Fair is growing. The fair has announced that Lady Antebellum and Kelsea Ballerini will perform on the final weekend of the 2016 fair, on Saturday, August 20. The fair had previously announced that Chris Janson and LoCash will also be part of this year's entertainment lineup at the Pepsi Grandstand Arena.

“The final weekend line-up in the Pepsi Grandstand this year is a great one for fairgoers with two nights of country music and auto races,” Fair Director Mark Wolfe said. “Four more nights of concerts will be announced soon.”

The entertainment lineup for Friday, August 19 will include three acts as part of Red Dirt Country Night: Randy Rogers Band, Stoney LaRue and Jason Boland & The Stragglers.

Chris Janson with LoCash will perform on Tuesday, August 16, and Christian Rock groups Newsboys with Hawk Nelson will perform on Thursday, August 18.

The final evening of the fair will not have a concert, but rather an evening of racing in the Pepsi Grandstand on Sunday, August 21. The High Roller Classic will feature ASCS National Sprint Cars, ULMA Late Models and WAR Non-Wing Sprint Cars.

Tickets for all concerts will be available to the public starting June 21 through Ticketmaster online or by phone. The 114th Missouri State Fair, themed “See What Crops Up,” will be held August 11-21 in Sedalia. For more information about the year's fair, call 1-800-422-FAIR (3247).
