Iowa Central found the back of the net with less than 37 minutes remaining in the second half.

Sophomore forward Tiffany Wehmeyer registered four shots in the match. Freshman goalkeepers Jessica Coble and Trinity Sigler split time in the goal for SFCC. Coble recorded two saves and Sigler stopped four shots.

"We have to learn to take advantage of our opportunities when they come," said head coach Jaime Beltran. "The game punishes you sometimes when you don't."

The Lady Roadrunners record currently stands at 1-2-1 on the season.
