Lawrence (Larry) A. Hahn, Jr., 71, of rural Cole Camp, MO, died on Saturday, December 6, 2014.

He was born on August 25, 1943, in Tacoma, Washington, and grew up in Topeka, Kansas.  He was graduated from Topeka High School and attended Washburn University.

Larry was in the U. S. Army Reserves and was a member of the Lions Club of Peculiar, MO.  He managed several Baker's Shoe stores over the years, and retired as manager of Public Water Supply District No. 10 in Peculiar, Missouri.  He and Gini moved to rural Cole Camp in 2010.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and beekeeper and was considered a gentleman farmer.  He dearly loved his family and will be greatly missed by them.

He is survived by his wife Gini Morris Hahn, daughter Amy Hahn, son Peter Hahn and his wife Kathy, grandchildren Olivia and Whitney Lane and Bradley Hahn, and step-daughters, Katy and Beka Putsch.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Kate Hahn and his parents, Lawrence and Jean Hahn.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at the Lions Club in Cole Camp followed by a light lunch.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in care of the Fox Funeral Home, PO Box 37, Cole Camp, MO 65325.
