Letha Bell Vannoy, 98, of Sedalia passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Good Samaritan Care Center in Cole Camp, MO.  She was born on October 24, 1916 near Green Ridge, MO, the daughter of Bert and Mattie (Pace) Clevenger, who preceded her in death.

On January 24, 1934, in Warrensburg, MO, she was united in marriage to Paul Vannoy, who preceded her in death on June 30, 2000.

Letha lived in the Green Ridge area most of her life, until moving to Sedalia in 1996. She was employed at Lamy Manufacturing, Perminear, and Inter-State Studio in Sedalia. Letha was a member of Green Ridge Baptist Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Ruth Livengood (Charles) of Sedalia, Jeanett Lynch (Larry) of Gravois Mills, MO, Louise Laabs (Norbert) of Lady Lake, FL; two sons, J.B. Vannoy (Wanda) of Warsaw, MO, and Richard Vannoy (Georgia) of Huntsville, MO;  nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and 20 great great grandchildren

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Golduan Jenkins and Helen Thacker; and three brothers, Earl, Bernie and Paul Clevenger.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, with Pastor John Streit officiating.

Family will receive friends for a visitation at the Chapel one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be at Green Ridge Cemetery, Green Ridge, MO.

Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
