Lloyd Commodore Forbes, 89, of Green Ridge, died Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Golden Age Living Center in Stover.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Lee Cemetery near Beaman, with the Rev. Robert Sisney officiating. There will be no visitation. Condolences may be left online at www.mclaughlinfuneralchapel.com.

Mr. Forbes was born April 13, 1925 in Sedalia. He lived and worked most of his life in Green Ridge. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy and Gene Bills, and a cousin, Harry Forbes.
