Lorraine Jantz, 85, of Moundridge, Kansas, died Sunday, September 13, 2015, at Mercy Hospital, Moundridge.  She was born on June 9, 1930, in Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada, a daughter of Jake and Katherine (Sobering) Toews.

On September 4, 1955, at Winton, California, she was united in marriage to Loyd Jantz.

She was a homemaker and member of Church of God in Christ, Oak Ridge Congregation near Florence, Missouri.

She is survived by:
her husband, Loyd Jantz of Moundridge, Kansas;
a daughter, Audra Koehn and her husband Victor of Cole Camp, Missouri;
a son, Gary Jantz and his wife Marla of Clarksdale, Mississippi;
two sisters, Bertha Jantz of Atwater, California, and Marlene Jantz of Uvalde, Texas;
a brother, Roy Toews of Scio, Oregon;
three grandchildren, Jonathan Koehn and his wife Tiffany, Cody Jantz and his wife Ashley, and Jenae Lowen and her husband Roger; and
her two great-grandchildren, Cole Hunter Lowen and Hailey Brooke Lowen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Monroe Toews, George Toews, and John Toews, and an infant sister, Florence Ann.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2015, at Church of God in Christ, Oak Ridge Congregation near Florence.  Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, near Florence.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2015, at the Church of God in Christ Mennonite Church/School near Florence.

The family suggests memorial contributions be given to Oak Ridge Congregation Cemetery Fund in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.
