Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Woman in Sedalia

A 33-year-old Sedalia man was arrested October 2 and is accused of exposing himself to a woman in the 1200 block of South Lamine Avenue.

According to Sedalia Police, the woman claimed that she observed the man standing across the street with is pants down, exposing himself to her.

Police arrested Marvin Smith of Sedalia for 1st Degree Sexual Misconduct. Smith was taken to the Pettis County Jail, and state charges are being submitted.
