JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — It took a Cole County jury only about 70 minutes to find a man guilty in a drug-related death of a Columbia man.

The jury on Tuesday found 21-year-old Khiry Summers guilty of second-degree murder, robbery and armed criminal action in the April 2012 death of 34-year-old Keith Mosely.

The Jefferson City News-Tribune reports prosecutors said Summers was one of three people who went to Mosely's apartment to steal marijuana, and Mosely was shot during a confrontation.

One of the other men, 30-year-old Bandon Chase, will be sentenced this month for the same three convictions in Mosely's death. The third defendant, 26-year-old Tracy Session, is serving a 20-year sentence in the case.
