Man Is Missing After Tugboat Sank On Mississippi River

ST. LOUIS (AP) — A man is missing after a tugboat sank in the Mississippi River. St. Louis fire officials say a tugboat collided with a barge Sunday evening and the boat was pulled underneath some nearby barges. Two crew members on the tugboat were rescued.
