Authorities are still searching for a suspect in a southern Missouri shooting that left one man dead and another critically wounded.

The shooting happened Tuesday night southwest of the small town of Licking. The Texas County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that investigators are looking for 39-year-old Daniel Campbell. He has been charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, first-degree assault and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Authorities say he should be considered armed and dangerous. The release says he may be driving a black pickup truck with a green front bumper.

The name of the man who was killed wasn't immediately released. The survivor was flown to a Springfield hospital.

Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
