Two Sedalia Residents injured in a Tuesday night accident in Pettis County

At 7:15pm Tuesday night the Missouri State Highway patrol reported a one-vehicle injury accident on Hedgapple Road in Pettis County. The accident reportedly occurred as the driver of a 2007 Acura Avalon, 89-year-old Louis Tempel of Sedalia failed to negotiate a curve, travelled off the roadway, struck a brick light support, and overturned. Tempel and a passenger 87-year-old Marian S. Tempel of Sedalia both suffered moderate injuries, and were transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment by Pettis County EMS.

Harrisonville man seriously injured in a Johnson County accident Monday morning

Just after 11am Monday Morning a two-vehicle accident in Johnson County sent a Harrisonville man to the hospital with serious injuries. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Report the accident occurred as a 2012 Western Star Diesel driven by 43-year-old John A. Teague of Harrisonville was turning across 651 Road at Southwest Route “T”, and was struck by the 1991 Ford F-250 driven by 58-year-old Steven C. Yarbrough also of Harrisonville. Yarbrough was not wearing a seat belt, and received serious injuries in the crash. He was transported to Research Medical Center by air ambulance for treatment.

Benton County accident injures a Gravois Mills man Tuesday

Around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a motorcycle accident at 811 West Main in Cole Camp. The accident report states the driver of a 1985 Yamaha, 45-year-old Timothy M. Farr of Gravois Mills hit a curb as he was exiting a parking lot, causing the motorcycle to become airborne ejecting him. Farr was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment of what were described as moderate injuries.

27-year-old Marshall Woman involved in a one-vehicle accident Tuesday night

At 7:15 Tuesday night the Missouri State Highway patrol reported a one-vehicle accident on Northbound US-65 Highway South of Route “H” in Saline County. The accident reportedly occurred as the driver of a 2003 Honda Civic, Juana D. Garcia Centeno of Marshall lost control of her vehicle, ran off the roadway, and overturned coming to rest on its wheels. The accident report states an injury report was not available.
