JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — Missouri supporters of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul are praising a U.S. Supreme Court ruling upholding insurance subsidies. Missouri Foundation for Health policy director Ryan Barker says the ruling means nearly 200,000 residents will keep their subsidies. In contrast, Missouri Republicans in Congress expressed disappointment with the ruling. U.S. Senator Roy Blunt called the health care law flawed and says it needs to be replaced.
