Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Report For Friday June 5, 2015

Two-Sedalia women involved in a vehicle accident Thursday Morning

At 10am Thursday morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a two vehicle accident on US-65 Highway and Smelser Road in Pettis County. The report states a 2008 Mitsubishi Galant driven by 31-year-old Meggie L. Wolfe of Sedalia travelled off the roadway, and struck an embankment. The Galant then returned to the roadway and struck a 1997 Chevrolet Lumina driven by 17-year-old Destiney H. White of Sedalia. The White vehicle then travelled off the roadway and overturned. Both vehicles received extensive damage, but the two drivers were wearing their seat belts, and received only minor injuries. Both victims refused treatment at the scene.
