Motor Cycle accident reported Monday night in Johnson County

At 9:40 Monday night, the Missouri State Highway patrol reported a motorcycle accident that occurred on Missouri 23 just North of Southeast 600 Road in Johnson County. The accident happened according to the report when the 2000 Harley Davidson driven by 53-year-old Gregory Wulser of Concordia struck a deer, and skidded out of control ejecting Wulser, and a passenger 59-year-old Debra Wulser, also of Concordia. The driver received serious injuries and was transported by Lifeflight Eagle to Research Medical Center for treatment. Debra Wulser received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

 

Whiteman AFB woman injured in a Johnson County accident

Just before noon Sunday morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported an injury accident on Route “FF” South of Northeast 625 Road in Johnson County. According to the report the accident occurred as the 2009 Nissan driven by 23-year-old Desiree Cathcart of Whiteman AFB ran off the roadway, struck a fence, and overturned. She received minor injuries, and was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center by Johnson County EMS for treatment.

 

Lexington man injured in a Lafayette County accident Monday night

At 8:32 Monday night, a Lexington Missouri man suffered minor injuries in a one vehicle accident that occurred on US 24 at Lazy View Lane in Lafayette County. The Missouri State Highway patrol report states the accident happened as the 2005 Dodge Neon was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver, 33-year-old Sean Gay of Lexington, lost control of the vehicle, traveled off the roadway and overturned. Gay was wearing his seat belt and received minor injuries. He was transported to Lafayette County Regional Medical Center by EMS for treatment. The report states charges are pending in the accident.
