Henry County accident seriously injures an 83-year-old Clinton man

At 3:40pm Thursday afternoon the Missouri state Highway Patrol reported a one-vehicle injury accident on Missouri -131 North of Highway-7 in Henry County. The accident reportedly occurred as the 2007 Chrysler Town and Country Van driven by 83-year-old Arthur J. Danforth of Clinton ran off the roadway, and struck an embankment before coming to rest. Danforth suffered serious injuries, while a passenger 72-year-old Thomas W. Keese of Modesto California received moderate injuries. Both victims were transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City Missouri by Lifeflight Eagle for treatment.

Four Kansas City residents injured in a one-vehicle accident in Benton County

Around 11:15 Thursday night according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report, a 2005 Jeep driven by 29-year-old Sophe L. King of Kansas City Missouri, ran off of US-65 Highway at Harvest Road in Benton County. The accident report then states the Jeep struck a tree, and a fence before overturning and coming to rest on its wheels. King and two of the passengers in the vehicle identified as 30-year-old Stefen L. Tatium, and Antronette L. Williams were wearing their seat belts, and received only minor injuries. A forth occupant of the vehicle 41-year-old Ronald E. Mathews was not wearing his seat belt, and suffered serious injuries. All four victims were transported to Golden Valley Hospital by EMS for treatment.

Two-vehicle accident in Henry County injures two women Thursday afternoon

Just after 4pm Thursday afternoon  a two-vehicle accident occurred as a 2015 Ford Fiesta driven by Randi J. Corkey of Almond New York made a left hand turn on Missouri Highway-7 West of Southeast 1101 Road in Henry County. The Missouri State Highway patrol accident report states the Corkey vehicle turned in front of a 1995 GMC Sierra driven by 53-year-old Mary K. Twidwell of Clinton, causing the Twidwell vehicle to strike the GMC in the passenger’s side. Both women received what were described as moderate injuries, and they were lifeflighted to the hospital for treatment.

Pettis County accident Thursday afternoon injures a Sedalia woman

The Missouri State Highway patrol reported a one-vehicle injury accident on Southbound Highway 65 South of Glazebrook Road in Pettis County, at 1:45pm Yesterday (Thursday October22-2015). The accident reportedly occurred as the 2011 Chevrolet driven by 44-year-old Michelle N. Ridenour of Sedalia travelled off the roadway, and struck a fence. Ridenour was transported to Bothwell regional health Center by ambulance for treatment of moderate injuries by Pettis County Ambulance District.
