Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Reports for May 31, 2018

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 21-year-old man from Whiteman Air Force Base suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on May 30. Jose F. Herrera lost control of the bike around 8:15 a.m. and it went off the roadway in Johnson County. Herrera was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

A 22-year-old West Plains woman was killed May 30 in Greene County. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Corina Guthrie walked into a lane of traffic on US 60, two miles west of Rogersville, and was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene. Guthrie was pronounced dead by the Greene County Coroner just before 10 p.m.
