According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report, at 1:22pm Thursday afternoon 20-year-old Amanda K. Parker of Lamonte suffered serious injuries in a one-vehicle accident on US-50 Highway West of Route “MM” in Pettis County. Parker was a passenger in a 1991 Ford Focus driven by 28-year-old Robert J. Ingersol of Cole Camp. The vehicle reportedly skidded off the roadway, through the median and overturned coming to rest in the eastbound lane. Parker who was not wearing a seatbelt was ejected from the vehicle, and was taken to St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City by Staff for Life for treatment. Ingersol who was wearing his seat belt received minor injuries, and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by EMS for treatment.

Knob Noster woman injured Saturday morning in a Johnson County accident

At 6:45am Saturday morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported an injury accident on 148 Road Northeast of Missouri Highway 23 in Johnson County. The accident occurred as the 2008 Nissan driven by 25-year-old Evaline Yegon of Knob Noster travelled off the roadway, and struck a metal culvert. Yegon received minor injuries in the accident, and was transported Western Missouri Medical Center by EMS for treatment.

Lafayette County accident injures an Odessa woman Sunday morning

Around 5am Sunday morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle accident Just South of Newton Road on County Road Kite in Lafayette County.  The crash occurred according to the report as the 2000 Chevrolet driven by Ricky L. Johns of Odessa struck a 2001 Mercury driven by Bailey J. Clutter also of Odessa, head-on. The Johns vehicle then traveled off the roadway, and came to rest in a field. The only injury reported was to Clutter. She was transported to Centerpoint Hospital by a private vehicle for treatment of minor injuries.
