Missouri State Highway Patrol Accident Reports for the Morning of June 27, 2016

Just before 4:00 in the afternoon on Sunday (June 26), the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one vehicle injury accident in Pettis County at Highway V and Bahner Road. The crash occurred as a 2015 Chevy Silverado was heading east and traveled off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle then struck a culvert and a tree before coming to rest. A Sedalia woman, identified as 72-year old Carol A. Goodwin-Monsees, suffered moderate injuries in the accident. She was transported by EMS to Boone Hospital in Columbia, for treatment.

Another area crash was reported last Friday, as well (June 24). Around 3:30 in the afternoon, The Highway Patrol reported that a crash occurred in Johnson County on Highway 58, West of Route AA. Amanda Irvine, of Centerview, was driving, when her vehicle traveled off the south side of the road and struck and fence and a tree. Irvine suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was taken to Research Medical Center, by EMS, for treatment.
