Motorcycle accident in Pettis County seriously injures a Sedalia man

At 8:10pm Saturday night the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a motorcycle accident on Forest Park Road east of South Park Avenue. According to the report the accident occurred as the 2007 Harley Davidson driven by 43-year-old Dilbert G. Clark of Sedalia lost control of the motorcycle, and travelled off the roadway. Clark suffered serious injuries in the crash and was transported to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.

Motorcycle accident in Saline County injures a Kansas City man Friday morning

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report around 11:30am Friday morning the driver of a 2010 Harley Davidson Motorcycle, 46-year-old Richard E. Roberson of North Kansas City Missouri travelled off of Westbound I-70 at mile marker 78.6, struck a ditch and overturned, ejecting Roberson. He was transported by air ambulance to University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia for treatment of serious injuries.

Pothole causes motorcycle driver to crash in Johnson County Friday evening

The Missouri State Highway patrol reported a motorcycle accident Friday evening on County Road 11 just south of Missouri Highway 13 in Johnson County. According to the accident report the 2005 Suzuki driven by 26-year-old Lashelle M. Brannan of Warrensburg struck potholes in the roadway causing Brannan to lose control of the motorcycle, skid off the roadway and strike a ditch. Brannan received minor injuries and was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by EMS for treatment.

Two-vehicle accident reported in Lafayette County Friday afternoon

Just after 1:30pm Friday afternoon the Missouri State Highway patrol reported a two-vehicle accident on Westbound I-70 at milemarker 33.4. According to the report the accident happened as the 2013 Volkswagen driven by 35-year-old Angela E. Phiffer of Blue Springs was attempting to pass a 2015 Freightliner, driven by 55-year-old Lawrence M. McKeigue of Terra Haute Indiana. The accident report states the driver of the Freightliner merged into the left lane and struck the Phiffer vehicle. Phiffer received minor injuries in the collision, but decided to seek her own treatment.
