2-Knob Noster Residents injured in a Johnson County accident Tuesday

At 4:25 Tuesday afternoon the Missouri state Highway Patrol reported a two-vehicle injury accident on Highway “E” at Northeast 1121 Road in Johnson County. The accident reportedly occurred as the 2009 Hyundai Accent driven by 58-year-old David D. Hiersche of Knob Noster was attempting to turn off of Highway “E” and crossed into the path of a Jeep Wrangler driven by 59-year-old Joyce A. Jablonski also of Knob Noster. The Jeep struck the Hyundia totaling it, and causing extensive damage to the Jeep. Hiersche was not wearing a seat belt and suffered serious injuries, while Jablonski received moderate injuries. Both victims were transported to Centerpoint Hospital by Johnson County Ambulance for treatment.

Hickory County accident Monday afternoon involves a Bunceton man

According to an accident report from the Missouri State Highway patrol, a Bunceton man escaped injuries in a two-vehicle accident that happened on US-65 Highway a quarter of a mile South of Cross Timbers in Hickory County Monday afternoon, however a Cross Timbers woman suffered serious injuries in the collision. The accident report states the accident happened as a 1999 Ford F-350 driven by 35-year-old Daniel C. Dietzman of Bunceton struck the rear of a 1999 Subaru driven by 39-year-old Airanna L. Kinslow of Crosstimbers. Kinslow was transported to Lake Regional by EMS for treatment.

Rear-end collision injures a Clinton man Tuesday afternoon in Henry County

Around 12:18 Tuesday afternoon  the Missouri State highway patrol reported an accident on Highway 13 three tenths of a mile South of County Road Northeast 400 in Henry County. The report states the accident occurred as a the driver of a 2001 Ford, 20-year-old Chester J. Heilig of Neosho failed to stop, and struck the rear of a 2014 Dodge Ram Cargovan driven by 36-year-old Zachary R. Powell of Clinton. Powell received minor injuries in the crash, and was transported to Golden Valley Hospital for treatment.
