Missouri State Highway Patrol Reports a Vehicle Accident Involving a Cow Wednesday Evening

At 6:30 Wednesday afternoon the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a one vehicle accident that involved a cow in the roadway in the area of the 19000 block of Route “EE” in Pettis County. According to the accident report the 1992 Honda Accord driven by Marina Chobanu of Sedalia struck the cow causing minor injuries to Chobanu, and extensive damage to the vehicle. Chobanu was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment. The accident also states she was not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the accident. There was no mention of the injuries suffered by the cow.
