Sedalia man seriously injured in a Johnson county accident flees the scene

Just after 3pm on Wednesday afternoon the Missouri State Highway patrol reported a one vehicle accident on Westbound 50-Highway west of County Road Northeast 201 in Johnson County. According to the report the accident occurred as the Westbound 2001 Cadillac driven by 39-year-old Albert L. Willis of Sedalia travelled across the median into the east bound lane, and continued Westbound in that lane, then crossed back onto the Westbound lane where it struck an embankment, and overturned. Willis who reportedly suffered serious injuries fled the scene, and was taken into custody by Warrensburg Police a short time later. He was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center by Johnson County EMS for treatment.

 

Pettis County accident injures a Sedalia woman early this (Friday) morning

 

At 2:15am this (Friday) morning according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, 38-year-old Virginia N. Wilson of Sedalia received moderate injuries in a rollover accident on Missouri Highway-52 East of Myers Road in Pettis County. The accident happened according to the report as the 2008 Pontiac Wilson was driving ran off the roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned. Wilson was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by Pettis County Ambulance for treatment.

 

Two people injured in a 2-vehicle accident in Johnson County Thursday morning

 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report, at 9:50 Thursday morning two-people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Missouri Highway 131 at US-50 Highway in Johnson County. The accident report states a 2014 Chevrolet driven by Brandon Keady of McClouth Kansas pulled into the path of a 2010 Nissan driven by Mihaela O. Craiovanu of Lees Summitt. After impact both vehicle travelled off the roadway. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage. Keady and Craiovanu both suffered moderate injuries. Keady was transported to Centerpoint Hospital by Johnson County EMS for treatment, and Craiovanu was taken to St. Lukes East by Johnson County EMS for treatment.
