Mora Woman Injured in Jeep Accident in Johnson County

A 36-year-old Mora woman suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident that occurred at midnight Sunday, Aug. 6 in Johnson County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Susan D. McNeal was an occupant in a westbound 1993 Jeep on Highway 50, east of Route P, when the driver traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a concrete bridge. McNeal, who was not wearing a safety device, according to the report, was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by JCAD. The driver of the Jeep was not identified in the report.

The Jeep had extensive damage and was towed from the scene.

Knob Noster Police assisted the Patrol at the scene.
