Northeast Missouri Man Arrested for Child Molestation
A 41-year-old man from northeast Missouri is accused of child molestation.
According to the Hannibal Police Department, Brent A. Brinkman was arrested on Friday after an investigation of possible child molestation. A warrant issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court charges Brinkman with second degree child molestation.
Brinkman was taken to the Marion County Jail, where he is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.

An investigation by Hannibal Police Department Detectives, of possible child molestation, has resulted in a warrant being issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court on February 24, 2017. The warrant charges Brent A. Brinkman (41 of Hannibal) with Child Molestation in the Second Degree, a Class B Felony. Brinkman was arrested February 24th and remains in the Marion County Jail on a $50,000.00 cash only bond.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
